Having made the move from NYC to Darien with a young family, Kim knows firsthand the emotions and logistics that come with such a big transition. She specializes in helping families find their dream home—and seamlessly settle into suburban life.
Before joining the AFA Team, Kim was a Vice President of Marketing at Chilton Trust Company. After relocating in 2020 with her husband and two children, she renovated her own home and built a trusted network of local contractors and designers. That experience sparked her passion for helping others reimagine and market their homes for maximum value.
Kim combines deep community ties with modern digital marketing strategies to expertly guide clients through buying or selling. Known for her responsiveness, insight, and personal touch, she serves as a steady sounding board through every step of the process.
