Before transitioning into real estate sales, Vicki built a strong financial foundation as a residential mortgage loan officer and auditor with Citizens Bank and Patriot National Bank. This background gives her clients a distinct advantage, offering valuable insight into financing, underwriting, and the full lifecycle of a transaction. Her comprehensive knowledge ensures a smooth path from initial consultation through closing.
In 2011, Vicki partnered with Tracie Rigione to form “Tracie and Vicki,” a partnership that has become a consistent top performer within Team AFA at William Raveis Real Estate. Together, they have ranked among the top 10 producers on the team for several years, completing over 150 transactions and surpassing $110 million in total sales volume. Their success is driven by a shared commitment to client service, strong negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach that has earned them many satisfied clients.
Vicki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont.
A longtime Fairfield resident, Vicki and her husband Tim chose the community over 26 years ago for its proximity to New York City, top-rated schools, beautiful beaches, and vibrant downtown. They have raised their three children in town, fully embracing everything Fairfield has to offer. Vicki has been deeply involved in the community, including active roles in the PTA—where she received a statewide PTA Appreciation Award for her work at Jennings Elementary School—as well as volunteering with local sports organizations, Warde High School, the Gaelic American Club of Fairfield, St. Pius X Church, and the American Cancer Society.
Outside of real estate, Vicki is a former professional figure skating instructor and enjoys staying active through tennis, sports with her children, and exploring the Connecticut coastline.
