Last year, Bob created a free workshop at the Fairfield Public Library where he demonstrates the “5 Things You Won’t Learn on HGTV When Selling Your Home.” This hands on presentation, along with 2 other Realtors, Mortgage Broker, and Staging Director talks about the process of selling your home in today’s market and purchasing a new one. His negotiation experience, along with his charisma, will get you that one of a kind home that all buyers are searching to find and call their own. Bob’s business experience includes contract negotiations with CEO’s and senior leaders of major financial institutions and travel companies. It is this straight forward approach that will aid Bob in getting you into a home of your dreams with a price you can manage.
Bob graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a B.A. in Communications focusing on Technology and Marketing which enables him to provide his clients with the most comprehensive and timely services and tools. Bob serves his community energetically. As an active member of his Church he has served on the vestry, has run the locally famous Memorial Day pancake breakfast, and taught Sunday school. He has also been involved in local Americares projects, and is an avid athlete. Bob enjoys spending time in Montauk, NY each summer with his family and dog Bailey.
