“Going through the buying process we saw a number of homes that fit our budget, but none that checked all the boxes of what we were looking for in a home.We immediately fell in love with 757 High Street when we saw all the space for our two children and knew the location would allow us to be in the phenomenal Holland Hill School District. With both children being so active – we knew the task of finding the perfect home would be a challenge. The houses square footage, including the finished basement and fenced in back yard was exactly what we were looking for! The large living room to hang out with friends and family has been great for entertaining and makes for a great spot to spend time in the long, cold winters and holidays! As commuters, being close to downtown and easy access to train, Merritt Parkway or I-95 has been fantastic. For the kids – we enjoy the convenience of being half of a mile to the grocery store, with lots of shopping and only 2 miles from Fairfield Beach and Sand Castle playground. I think the thing we will miss most is watching soccer games from our backyard and walking to school each morning with our daughters classmates and parents – and now with the multi-million dollar upgrade to the school -we are sad to have to relocate, but know the next family will be as happy here as we have been the past 3 years.”
