Pam moved to Fairfield, CT with her family in 1998 after relocating from Dallas, TX. She has moved interstate three times and once moved abroad, living in Mexico City. Consequently, Pam understands firsthand the emotions of moving, getting your house ready to sell and the logistics of settling in a new environment.
Over the years, her love of ‘everything creative’ has taken the lead in her real estate business. Staging and marketing are her strengths, and she excels at guiding sellers to showcase their homes in the best light possible. She begins with Presale Recommendations after completing a thorough walk-through of the home. Suggestions may include repainting rooms, removing dated curtains and wallpaper and editing current furnishings. With a keen eye for detail, Pam brings in additional staging décor as needed in order to maximize the appeal of the home and its unique features. In addition to servicing her own clients, she is regularly hired by other seller agents to stage their listings.
Pam graduated with a BA in Journalism from Texas A&M University and worked in television news at PBS and CBS affiliates in Texas. She later worked in the Advertising Department for CBS. After moving to Fairfield, she completed a Graphic Design Certification Program at Fairfield University and worked for the original Fairfield and Wilton Magazines and continued her freelance graphic design work. She was a Connecticut Tabletop Accessories Sales Rep for Isadora & Mizrahi in New York City and later worked as a Sales Associate during the initial opening of the Crate & Barrel store in Westport.
She continues to stay on top of the decorating and design world and started a creative ‘Ladies Salon’ with a small group of women in 2018 in order to inspire and support each other in various artistic pursuits.
Pam lives in Greenfield Hill with her husband and three Havanese dogs. Their four adult sons were raised here and attended the Fairfield Public Schools. The boys were especially involved with the music and art programs and her eldest son sailed for years at Cedar Point Yacht Club, in Westport. Pam is a Founder and Board Member of the Fairfield Foundation for Education, past President of the Music Parents Association for Fairfield Warde and Fairfield Ludlowe High Schools and taught Religious Education at St. Thomas Aquinas and St. Pius X parishes for eight years. She is actively involved in the local Book Club she started in 1999, takes art classes in Washington Depot, CT and enjoys writing, gardening, decorating and long, lazy walks with her dogs.
