Nicole’s extensive experience in finance and real estate has interlinked over the past 25years, equipping her with the methods and strategy to effectively guide her real estate clients toward successful transactions. With over 15years navigating through a myriad of economic market conditions, Nicole’s hands-on real estate experience is second to none.
Since 2004, Nicole has been successfully connecting buyers and sellers throughout NYC CT, providing professional and personalized service every step of the way. Nicole’s venture into Real Estate began as a sales agent with a premiere property management company servicing high-end Condos and Co-ops in New York City, then Head of Sales and Marketing for a boutique real estate firm in Manhattan – a role she later parlayed into her own Real estate brokerage firm in NYC.
Overseeing all areas of new business development and contract negotiations, Nicole brought her knowledge and business savvy to CT in 2011 and has since been servicing residents of Fairfield, Westport and lower Fairfield County.
Prior to real estate, Nicole worked for a global investment management firm servicing high-net worth individuals, corporate retirement plans and not-for-profit endowment funds. She has finance experience as a small business consultant for an Atlanta-based mergers and acquisitions firm, as well as account management sales for Hyatt Hotels and Sony Corporation.
With over 20 years of experience, Nicole’s industry diversification and personal network enables her to connect and communicate with her clients on many levels. She remains dually licensed in NYC & CT as a Fully Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Nicole lives in the University neighborhood of Fairfield with her husband and two children) and enjoys spending time with her family. On her days off from the hustle and bustle of real estate, she enjoys visits to Florida during winter vacations, relaxing low-key in the Berkshires or enjoying CT Beaches in the summer months. No matter what neighborhood you may find her, Nicole is always available to her clients and loves helping others.
