Having made the move from NY to Darien with a young family, Kim is aware of the adjustment families go through in making a big change and she is an expert at helping families find their dream home and then seamlessly transitioning to suburban life.
Prior to joining the AFA Team, Kim was a Vice President in Marketing for Chilton Trust Company in NYC. When she moved to Darien in 2020 with her husband and two children, she renovated her own home and developed a network of local contractors and designers. This sparked her desire to help others to reimagine their homes so that they can be marketed and sold for top dollar.
The combination of Kim’s personal relationships in the community along with the digital marketing strategies she employs make her uniquely qualified to guide her clients through the purchase and sale of their homes. She prides herself on being an attentive and responsive sounding board and consultant for her clients throughout the process.
Kim is aware of the sensitivity of, what is for many, the most important transaction of their lives. She is prepared to do whatever is needed for her clients as they buy and sell what is most often their most valuable asset both emotionally and financially, their home.
