A Manhattan native, Andrew graduated from the Taft School and the University of Vermont. Having begun his sales and marketing career in the advertising and sporting goods industries, Andrew has run divisions of publicly traded companies, worked in account management for some of the world’s most iconic brands, and was recognized by Golfweek Magazine as one of “America’s Top 40 Under 40 Most Influential Executives” in the golf industry. He realized that high-end residential and commercial real estate was the ideal fit for his well-honed sales skills and inherent ability to work successfully with a variety of clients. Since making the career change over 10 years ago, Andrew has consistently been ranked in the top 1% of agents in the nation. Through his professional and social networks, Andrew has developed unparalleled insider knowledge of the premier property market, and as such he is privy to many of the unlisted and unadvertised residential properties potentially for sale, the so-called “pocket listings”. This unique position provides his clients with otherwise unavailable access to the most coveted properties. He embraces his position at Al Filippone Associates as the President of the group’s Premier Home Collection and last year was named the Team’s top producing agent in closed sales volume and in buyer side sales closed volume. Andrew helped grow the Premier Homes Division by 89% last year and oversees a portfolio of over $100m+ in active listings. Andrew enjoys working with discriminating buyers and sellers in Fairfield County and beyond and is completely dedicated to fulfilling his client’s real estate goals.
Since moving to Connecticut over 20 years ago – Andrew has lived in Southport, Greenfield Hill, Greenwich and Easton. He is married with three children who attend Fairfield Country Day School, Greens Farms Academy and Deerfield Academy. He is a former Division 1 tennis player and past club champion golfer at The Country Club of Fairfield.
